Garcia is not a 'bad hombre.'
He has no criminal record.
He was supporting his family and paying his taxes.
Now his family has lost their breadwinner.
His deportation destroys a family, and benefits no one.
Why did your party allow this to happen?
Chain immigration and the Immigration Lottery badly need to be ended. Your party has refused.
If Democrats allowed that, this guy might well have been allowed to stay.
WTF does this case have to do with chain immigration or the visa lottery?
This man was brought to this country as a child.
He has lived here for 30 years, has worked and paid his taxes, and has committed no crimes.
He checked in with ICE every year, and was pursuing the path to citizenship.
In 2005 he paid a lawyer to start the paperwork.
At first she did nothing, and when she finally did, she screwed up the paperwork and that is why he was given a deportation order.

the corrupt Democrat Party has encouraged illegals to vote and used massive immigration to out-vote native-born Americans.
Yeah....not to mention it, because It's not true.
Spare me the phony sympathy.
Now reply to the part of my post that you ignored, where I said that I don't understand how ripping families apart like this will make America great again.
45 promised to make America great again.
So tell me how ripping this man away from his family makes America great again?
Who is going to support his family now that they have lost their breadwinner?
You?
What if they need to apply for some kind of government assistance, which as American citizens, they are allowed to do.
Will you then call freeloaders then?
There is no way you can justify what was done to this family and what 45 is doing to many families just like them.
He should burn in hell for it.
